About our company 'Mountain Nests'

Hello, I'm Tom.

I have been working in the tourism industry my entire professional life.

I used to own my own hotel and restaurant and was chairman and managing director of the Großglockner-Zellersee Tourism Association.

In 2017, my wife Kirsten and I built our first chalets near the golf course in Zell am See. After a successful start in the rental business, we expanded cautiously and managed 10 chalets and apartments.

This development was interrupted by the coronavirus pandemic.

In 2022, the Mountain Nest company was founded, which has now grown to over 56 properties in five villages in Zell am See/Kaprun, Niedernsill, Rauris/Embach and Obertauern. Our goal is to provide guests with a carefree holiday in our chalets and apartments.

We also work with external service providers. Currently we contract three cleaning companies, two laundry companies, three caretaker companies and two property management companies to ensure that our facilities run smoothly.
